CEO & Managing Director
Konstantinos commenced his career in 2001 as an Electrical Engineer responsible for design and installation of electrical cabling and panels in modern ships but quickly shifted to construction as a member of Project Management Team of Vardinogiannis Group responsible for the development of the new stadium of Panathinaikos F.C. Specifically Konstantinos was responsible for budgeting and control, time schedule preparation and monitoring, design coordination and elaboration of the agreements between the Investor and the Greek State, Designers and General Contractor. On 2005 he joined the construction company Arxikon and from 2005 until 2014, he was the main Project Manager leading several successful projects in all construction fields (hospitality, retail, logistics) in Greece, Serbia, Romania of a total budget more than € 150.000.000,00 .From 2014 until 2016 when he founded Blackhawk he assumed the position of Executive Director & Technical Manager in Arxikon becoming responsible for the entire operation of the company in Greece, Serbia, Romania, Germany, Bulgaria and Cyprus.

Vice President / Project Manager
Dionysis commenced his career in 1989 as a Mechanical & Electrical Site Engineer for construction projects in Greece. By participating in several construction joint ventures he has performed major projects as General Contractor in the private and public (Ministries, Army, Universities etc) sector in Greece. From 2009 until 2017, he was the main Site Manager of Electrical & Mechanical M works for the Greek construction company Arxikon in Greece, Serbia and Romania.

Project Manager
Kostas commenced his career in 1999 employed by the construction company ARCON, as a Site Engineer for construction projects in Greece. By participating in several construction projects until 2008 when he joined the construction company ARXIKON he had performed major projects in the fields of retail (such as ATTICA department store in Athens) and hospitality. From 2008 until 2014, he was the main Site Manager for Arxikon delivering complex projects in Greece. From 2014 until 2018 when he joined Blackhawk he was employed as Project Manager in the construction company CORE supervising and coordinating projects in Greece, Poland, Czech Republic and Bulgaria.
